• Applicants must have outstanding achievements in academics.

For Scientific scholarships:

• All international, and domestic Portugal students, can apply for this scholarship.
• A candidate must be enrolled in bachelor’s and master, or doctoral degree programs at the University of Porto.

For Other support:

• Candidates from specific countries or regions can apply for this scholarship.
• Eligible countries Angola, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP), São Tomé and Príncipe, and Mozambique.
• A candidate must be enrolled in bachelors and masters, or doctoral degree programs at the University of Porto.
